I thought this board could use a thread for people to post interesting/awesome/stupid things your characters have done.
My personal favorite is the time my adventuring companion and I put ourselves in a Bag of Holding and tied it to a kite and used that as a means of transportation.

All of the groups I've ever been in for D&D have been really laid back, as it was always consisting of me and a bunch of my friends, so we always just had fun and usually were pretty goofy.
My all-time favorite incident happened while I was DM'ing. The party was making their way through a spiraling corridor of some cliche crypt when they came across a wall of spiders blocking their path. It didn't attack, it was simply there in their way. As they contemplated what to do, a second spider wall came up from behind them, enclosing them between two walls of spiders. The party decided to start fighting the walls.
The party had to separate into two different groups, as they couldn't all fight the same wall at once. The party fighting in the rear killed their wall first. The dwarf fighter who was part of the rear group wanted to help fight the wall at the front, and therefore turned to the cleric (a centaur) and asked her to throw him.
After a short debate, the centaur picks the dwarf up, takes aim, and launches the dwarf into the air. Unfortunately her aim was much worse than her strength, sending the dwarf ricocheting off the left wall and into the group fighting in the front, knocking them down into the wall of spiders.
The wall then collapsed down onto those in front, covering them in spiders which they had to beat off of themselves. Our heroic dwarf was the first to complete this task, and being the generous fighter he was, went to help the others. After a couple of rounds of grappling the spiders, the dwarf decides that it would be much faster to clear the spiders off his companions using his flaming great axe.
Long story slightly shortened...the spiders were vanquished, the group nearly lost our paladin (who almost gave up his alignment in order to kill the dwarf), and the day was saved. Huzzah!

Wow...That story makes me laugh. xD
I remember in one of the D&D games that I was in, I had joined right in the middle or nearly the middle of the campaign as a paladin, one of my friends who joined up as a priest at the same time traveled with me. The party we were pursuing had just finished a huge battle with some creepy demons and were pretty damn beat up.
As healing support we were to meet up with the group, who at this point had knocked out another member of their party and were making their way, sorta, toward our position. When we finally arrived and met up, they were being pursued and we set up camp as quick as we could.
The Neanderthal sorcerer woke up, as he had been knocked unconscious and came up to my paladin after casting some spell that gives +30 to his Bluff and told me that another member of his party was possessed by a demon. This led to a lot of yelling and finally the demon found us, chaos ensued. The sorcerer had started this merely to get revenge. Smart move Josh!
